Tti Testing Laboratories operates the TICCS framework: five connected service lines that cover the complete compliance and sustainability journey for any product, from raw material to export documentation.
Testing
ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. 534 accredited methods. 387+ testing parameters. Results accepted in 70+ economies through the PNAC ILAC/APLAC MRA. A Tti test report carries the same legal weight at EU or US border checks as a result from a European laboratory.
Testing disciplines include chemical, microbiological, mechanical, environmental, and performance testing across textiles, leather, PPE, food, pharmaceutical, environmental samples, petroleum, and metals.

Inspection
Tti Inspections Pvt Ltd is a separate ISO/IEC 17020-accredited company within the Tti group. Full-time inspectors across Pakistan’s four main manufacturing hubs. The full 8-stage inspection cycle:
- SP: Sample Sealing / Picking
- FI: Fabric Inspection (before cutting)
- IPI: Initial Production Inspection (at 20% completion)
- DPI: During Production Inspection
- PM: Production Monitoring
- FRI: Final Random Inspection (AQL ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008: C:0 / Mj:2.5 / Mi:4.0 Level II)
- FC: 100% Full Check
- LS: Loading Supervision
Food inspection: GAFTA-124 certified. PSI · SP · VI · GQA · LS stages.
Certification
ZDHC MRSL v3.1 Level 1 provider, the chemical certification level required by H&M, Inditex, PVH, Nike, Levi’s, and most global fast fashion and premium brands. CE/UKCA marking support via Notified Body coordination (Intertek, CIMAC, SATRA). EU Type Examination (Module B).
Compliance
Social compliance audits: SA8000, SMETA. Organic certification support: GOTS and OEKO-TEX. GHG inventory verification: ISO 14064. HIGG FEM verification. Buyer-specific protocol audits.
Sustainability
The Tti Sustainability Center provides integrated sustainability advisory. Not standalone reporting, but commercially useful data that a textile exporter, listed company, or food manufacturer can use across five applications from one verified dataset.
