In 1995, Pakistan had no independent private-sector testing laboratories. Hamed K. Lateef founded Tti Testing Laboratories in two rooms in Lahore. Thirty years later: 534 accredited test methods, 70+ countries, 17 divisions, 6 group entities – the story of how Pakistan’s TIC sector was built.
